Celebrate your special day on our beautiful 5 acre oceanfront property. We specialize in boutique coastal weddings. Our ceremony site offers one of the most beautiful backdrops in BC.

We only host a small amount of weddings each year on our oceanfront property. We are a site only venue, but do include a lot of the bigger items in our fee.

2025 Pricing

Off-Season Rates(Oct 15 - Apr 30)

Minimum 3 Nights Resort Book-out: $1715 per night
Wedding Fee: $3500

Peak-Season Rates(May 1 - Oct 14)

Minimum 3 Night Resort Book-out: $2100 per night
Wedding Fee: $4500

Deposit & Cancellation

50% Charged on Accommodation. Remainder charged 90 days in advance
6 Month Cancellation on Deposit. 90 Days for Full Payment.

Bartender: $500
Server: $500

*We focus on boutique weddings. Our max guest list is 50 people.

*Resort sleeps 16 people for book-out.

What's Included

Private use of the 5 acre property solely for your event including all amenities.
Full on-site support for basic setup(tables, chairs, ceremony site). Decoration is not included.
Tables, Chairs, Arbor, Bar, Easels, and podium are all included.
Full cooperation with DJ and wedding planner to make sure setup is to your liking.
Access to two dining options. Outdoor(50 people) or covered veranda(30 people max).

The Little Details

Outdoor quiet time is 10pm. Party needs to be moved into the Arbutus House 10pm onwards.
No live music for dinner and dancing. Okay for cocktail hour. DJ soundcheck must be completed.
We do require a day of coordinator to be on-site or someone acting in that role.
Decorations, flatware, cutlery, glassware, wedding planning, food, and drinks are not included in wedding fee.
